My daughter went to Dr at 8am the Dr called her prescription in (needed for her diabetes) by 830. Went to pick it up at 1030 they said not ready. Called at 130 it would be $46 yes its ready. Drove up to pick it up at 4pm was told it was $100 over the price they stated. Ok my child needs her insulin just give it to me. The technician come back to the window its still not ready! Pharmacy SUCKS – My experience with this store has been positive overall. No problems with the deli or the check out. However, my rating is for the pharmacy which is now just as bad as Walmart in Dry Ridge. They even have a girl working there that used to be at Walmart, and she was no good at customer service there. I was there today and timed one girl taking 12 minutes to take care of one customer. The other girl from Walmart only took care of two customers in the same period of time No more.
