Finally switched back to Kroger since they take tricare again and we get there to pick up script hand her the military id and she didn’t know how to add it. She was going to make us pay out of pocket bc she couldn’t figure it out we ended up having to switch to a different pharmacy bc she were SOL. She was super sweet and nice but I would train your tech’s on how to add military insurance because it’s not a normal insurance card it’s just the military ID.
Could not be bothered to assist in looking for a supplement. Pointed from behind the counter and said if we have it, that’s where it would be.
My insurance was being goofy, so they gave me a number to call which ended up being a pharmacy and doctor only number. I even had my doctors office reach out to them to let them know the insurance was active too and they still gave me trouble.
The staff is always so kind and patient, never rude or dismissive. Even when I forget to call in my prescription until the last minute, they always make sure it’s ready the same day. (Which happens a lot) 🤦♀️ They also stand out from other pharmacies because others don’t bother checking for discounts or savings, this team always goes the extra mile everytime to ensure I’m getting the best price possible. You guys are the BEST! Thank you for all you do! You are appreciated!
