I am having trouble getting a prescription refilled. My doctor's office has called several times to leave the order to refill and somehow they say no order was called in. Now I'm out of my meds that I'm not supposed to be without and hoping after my doctor has called them once again to get it refilled. This isn't the first time they have done this to me. My doctor's office has said this pharmacy gives them a lot of trouble with prescriptions.
The store is well laid out, there are rarely instances when a product can't be found. The staff are courteous, if a little spread thin. Customer service desk is very good, and there are always plenty of carts. I haven't used the pharmacy
If I could give them a zero, I would. My husband is diagnosed with cancer. He is reliant on his pain medication to help him with symptoms of surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. His provider changed his prescription yesterday and this pharmacy refused to fill it until today, even though the amount and dosage was changed. Once contacted this morning about picking his medication up, they informed him that it will not be filled until after noon while laughing like this is a joke. Like it is a punishment or something. I was trying to make it there before they closed and I pulled up to the window at 2 minutes till 6:00 and the lady standing there was just shaking her head at me she was super rude. Short old lady with glasses black hair brown hair whatever I just thought it was crazy how incredibly rude she was to my face.
Brittany was very helpful, professional. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
