Took over five minutes at the self scan while help was on the way
Don’t send your prescriptions here unless you want to deal with a worthless automated refill system that leaves you screwed without your meds. For 3 days I’ve been getting the same automated message that my refill would be ready at “X:00” after CONFIRMING my meds were in stock before having my refill sent. Then, I call ahead to make sure it’s ready & fight with the automation for 10 mins to get through to the actual ppl & they tell me it can’t be refilled bc now it isn’t in stock. Just wow…when dealing with the general public’s health, you do not hire just anybody to handle these things. This should be against the law. It took hours to find my prescription for my daughter who had Covid. Very unorganized and unknowledged. Quite scary really
