Please stay away from this particular pharmacy if you can. The staff at this location lack empathy. It seems they are there because they have to and are very rude. The Pharmacists are even worse. Overall customer service here is terrible. Complaining is not going to get you anywhere. They just don’t care. Worst possible Kroger pharmacy in all of Gwinnett county. The support staff is rude, uneducated, and spiteful. The people at this pharmacy are so rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to provide customer service period. They never fill the prescriptions in a timely manner. I prefer driving an extra 5 miles to the Rockbridge location because the people there are 10 times kinder and more professional and timely.
