The RUDEST people I have EVER talked to. Every time I called, some guy answered the phone, mumbled something unintelligible, and then I just heard background stuff. After calling 5 times it became clear he was saying something like "can you hold please" but it was never clear enough for me to understand him. And he never waited for me to answer the question.
