Chopped. Fresh out of surgery in the morning. Didn't get hydrocodone until night time. Calling 5 times over because of the amount of pain I was in. The next refill, never showed up until I had a post opp visit where they showed me they sent in the request days prior but never updated me or even showed on the app. Even called and said there was nothing for me. The RUDEST people I have EVER talked to. Every time I called, some guy answered the phone, mumbled something unintelligible, and then I just heard background stuff. After calling 5 times it became clear he was saying something like "can you hold please" but it was never clear enough for me to understand him. And he never waited for me to answer the question.
