Christa was extremely rude during my visit. The dentist told me I would be able to pick up my prescription right away, so I had no reason to think there would be a delay. When I asked about it, Christa abruptly responded, “Well, they are wrong!” in a very dismissive and unprofessional tone. Her attitude was so rude that I felt the need to call her out on it. A little kindness and professionalism would have gone a long way.
Rudest staff I have ever dealt with. (Especially Christa/Christie, I can’t recall her name exactly.) Absolutely miserable employees who’s act like they’re doing you a favor when they have to fill your scripts.
Watch out the “Karen” working there checking you out at the pharmacy. Rude and demeaning to customers thinking she knows all but clearly has no idea what is going on. This has happened to me multiple times with the same person. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle it.
The pharmacy is Closed from 1pm to 1:30pm. Why ? I know people need to take breaks but the whole department gets locked up then it's open for 7-1/2 more hours until 9pm.
