In response to Kroger being the only pharmacy in town, didn't they open up a new one right on van dyke.
Very poor operation the associates that work there are rude, short and show no interest to help you. IF you go to the doctor and he prescribes and calls in a script he wants you to Start that day not in 3-4 days it takes Kroger to fill script. Doctor phoned in 3 Scripts for pain and infection. He wanted all three started that day. That used to be possible with rite aid I used to stop and pick up on the way home from the doctor. Today I can state that I had the best experience with the pharmacy tech. Whoever it was you are awesome thank you so much for taking the time that you did.
On hold 8 minutes, 4 minutes and that is if you actually get thru to a human...it sucks, if i could give kess than 1 star i would...GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!
