I came here to pick up a prescription for erythromycin eye ointment for my daughter. The pharmacy tech did not even look in the back to check the supply. She told me that the ointment was on back order with the manufacturer, and no one had it in stock. I asked if there was a generic substitute I could use. The pharmacist responded that there was none, and I would have to call my pediatrician to have something else prescribed. I called another Kroger, and they were able to have my prescription filled the same day.
Imagine being a costumer for over 20 years and have Kate yell at you and freak your daughter out, because she can’t control her emotions.
