This location has amazing staff. This is the second time I received over and above the expected service. The first time was to get a reasonable price on a RX and yesterday was getting a 90 day supply pushed through. I will be having more of my rx's sent here to have filled.
I came here to pick up a prescription for erythromycin eye ointment for my daughter. The pharmacy tech did not even look in the back to check the supply. She told me that the ointment was on back order with the manufacturer, and no one had it in stock. I asked if there was a generic substitute I could use. The pharmacist responded that there was none, and I would have to call my pediatrician to have something else prescribed. I called another Kroger, and they were able to have my prescription filled the same day.
