Excellent service. The pharmacist took the time to go through all of my vaccination records from another provider and let me know which vaccines I needed. Very professional, friendly and efficient!
I went to the pharmacy at west rd in copperfield location, I needed just a pack insulin syringes for my medicine and I was treated rudely by Rachel like I was some sort of crackhead. She refused to sell them to me without seeing my medicine prescription or my actual medicine. We get all our meds at the Kroger on Fry rd but I really didn't feel like driving to Katy after a long work day. Maybe it's time to move all our meds to a pharmacy that cares about their customers
For my excellent supermarket, I have been doing part of my shopping there for 2 years and it was a very good pharmacy when they had other workers. Now there are several new ones and I have the worst experience. I went to pick up some medicines and a lady took care of me (I had never seen her there), she called the pharmacist to explain how I should take my medicines.
