Terrible service from Nathan. It used to be a good pharmacy before.
I was notified four days after filling my prescription that they needed authorization. Great. By 7 days, it still didn't happen. So I called the insurance and I called my doctor. Got it authorized. Great. Was told to give the pharmacy a call, so I did. I was ONLY THEN notified without any semblance of empathy that my prescription was out at the pharmacy, and apparently, my kroger prescription can not be transferred to ANOTHER KROGER PHARMACY. So now I'm down with this pharmacy. Probably kroger pharmacy in general. We'll see.
Nathan was very nice and bent over backwards to save me money on my prescription
This used to be my favorite pharmacy. However, things have really changed for the worst! I can't tell you how many hours of my life have been wasted here in the last few days due to their negligence for myself and families prescriptions. Days have been lost when relief could've been had sooner. They failed to notify me that they no longer accepted our insurance. I only found out when I inquired about pick up time.
