This is the best pharmacy I have used in twenty years. They care about their customers and go the extra mile and help us find the answer in every issue that I have had with medication. Not just me but my husband also. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
There seems to be no communication with the pharmacy staff. We attempted to transfer a prescription to the store while on vacation and Kroger pharmacy dropped the ball. We had three different staff members give three different stories why either the prescription was not ready, was ready, and the prescription was deleted. It was save time and aggravation if they could simply let us know that it is to difficult to transfers from store to store. I know CVS and Walgreens has the ability to perform the task.
