Absolutely unethical Mary —pharmacist has ruined my workweek by refusing to fill my ordered medication I’ve gotten this filled several times at this pharmacy plus have been on the dosage for 20 years She can clearly see that this is my monthly ordered refill! She claims to want to speak with my MD who is not in the office again until next week All of this has cost me emotional distress and the need to call off 24 hours work I will be contacting the Indiana pharmacy board / Professional licensing agency. Awesome service friendly faces knows who you are by face. Having worked in a pharmacy I know that customers don't feel good, they can be rude and cranky but the people that work behind the counter are doing their best. Best service at any pharmacy and that I've been to has been at Connersville Krogers. Been going there for years and I will continue to go there. The pharmacy Old-Timers even though some of them are young are great and you know who you are.
The guy that does the cash register at pharmacy. Defensive, always blaming, the doctors office, to the point of dishonesty. Not accommodating, wont lift a finger to help. So tired of customer service lacking
