Once again your Pharmacy is unable to complete a simple prior authorization request. Husband new insurance started 07/01/ 2025. we updated the insurance information on 07/01/2025. We were told several times that they had sent the request but NEVER told that it had not gone through. I physically went to Kroger and inquired about it on 07/02 and was told it was sent and we are just waiting on the doctors office. Something told me to call the doctors office and guess what? This pharmacy is not good. Several times my perscriptions were not ready at their scheduled times. Also the customer service is lack luster.
Worse pharmacy ever
This the worst pharmacy ever i waited a week for my prescription and it still wasn’t ready I hate them.
