They are very rude been with them for 5 years this year I had two brain surgeries and all.i been getting is rudeness and always telling me about my control meds that they don have them or its to early I am.so over this pharmacy once my contract ends with my surgeon I be switching making me feel like I am a druggy I take what my doctor prescribed me that is it I ain't no druggy they need to stop there judging people and do there job and feel like and dont worry about there not a doctor there a pharmacist.
After using Walmart for years I decided to switch and try this Krogers . Today was my first experience and picking up my medications from them . The pharmacist Matt was kind and professional . I use to dread going to the pharmacy every month because it seemed there was always an issue with something. Krogers sent me update text that were exactly right. Fast friendly service with great prices on medications.
I was gave the wrong script and it was someone else's medication and on top of that it was a narcotic. They told the man they had filled his script and gave him a hard time. I returned it and they didn't tell him they gave the info and med to wrong person. I felt this would happen so I contacted him. They also gave my med to someone else and are swearing to anyone that will listen that they have on camera they gave it to me. Bull crap.
