This pharmacy used to be a favorite, but now the staff is rude and completely incompetent. They never have medication in stock, which is crazy because it’s medically necessary that people have it. I have been waiting 3 days for some medicine for my son. Then, there’s a lack of training on how to work the computer system. Definitely about to find another pharmacy. This is a shame because it is 2 minutes from my home.
Pharmacist is rude not cooperative with Medicare plan D. Dr. Prescribe diabetes test script. On Dr. Portal show diagnostic code. Pharmacist doesn’t accept she want on prescription otherwise pay higher price.
****Update: September 2025 This pharmacy has gone downhill ever since Alex, then Tony, then Fran left. There are some good staff still there, but the manager who left was the one who started closing the walk up window. Even though I understand that pharmacy is not fast food, whatever changes Kroger and/or this manager were doing did not work.!I feel sorry for any new staff who have had to step into this place that was run tightly before. ******** This pharmacy is wonderful. These people are slow as molasses and take forever get your prescriptions ready then they always close the walk up window due to staffing and want you to come inside then have to stand there for 30 minutes for them to get it ready they don't seem to be very trained when it comes to the computer and had to call another store to get help they are rude and don't communicate very well and they are dealing with sick people and act as if people feel like standing in line and having to wait for ever or even worse feel like coming i... read more
