Came to pick up meds in the drive thru on a Sunday. They closed the shade down at 4:41 while we were still in line. I got the SM on the line at 4:58pm and was told when he made it up they had already left. I set out there till 5:12 to see the pharmacy associates come out with groceries. The fact that they left early and went and shopped says how much they care about the customers
Even tho the turn around time is amazing this pharmacy will double charge its customers even if you have insurance that may cover your whole prescription they will tell you things such as “your insurance will not pay for the whole prescription” and they will force you to pay more money out of pocket when you really shouldn’t have too because those same medications would be free at Kroger, Walgreens or Walmart. I contacted the pharmacy due to my luggage was lost and my medicine was in the suitcase. The young lady I speak with said we can do 10 Flexeril. Once I got to the pharmacy there was nothing ready. The pharmacist came over and stated that once sent to him he would not process the order. It would have been nice if maybe someone gave me a call so that I did not waste a trip there. Requested refill and rx transfer from Walgreens 2 days ago...Neither ready...will be another 1 1/2 hour...Blonde girl with glasses working drive thru doesn't need to be working with public...no personality...patients may be sick
