Prescription was electronically sent in by my doctor in 7/1/2020. I called to verify and they said it wasn’t in the system yet and that they were having “system glitches”. I called the next morning, 7/2/2020, and was told they received it, and would be ready in 45 minutes. I stopped in on 7/3/2020, the next day, to pickup my prescription and was told the “system glitched” and it wasn’t done and that I should never stop in until I receive the automated call. Called to see if my husband's prescription was ready..returning home from his dismissal from Christ Hospital.phone rang 10 minutes...when we pulled up to the window , of course, it was not ready. The lady at pickup window said phone was. not ringing...I screenshot it .. Walgreen's in the future...poor service
