Frustrating experience that wasted too much of my valuable time. Go to pick up a Rx and was told that GoodRx was not honored for that med. Instead I would need a manufacturer coupon which I wasted time getting, and was then told that it did not work. I insisted that GoodRx works because I've used it successfully 4 straight times at different pharmacies. Another pharm tech put in a generic GoodRx coupon and it worked just fine. They are so nice at this pharmacy. I switched from Walgreens after years iof business because their lines were always horrific and they never learned my name. Never acted happy to have my business.
I wish I caught the name of the sweet girl who was working in the drive through pharmacist/pharmacy at around 3/4 pm today! I know working for the public is a whole job itself but she took the time to not only make sure I had what I needed but she also made sure my hound dog /companion (who rode shot gun) had a treat while waiting.
