I wish I caught the name of the sweet girl who was working in the drive through pharmacist/pharmacy at around 3/4 pm today! I know working for the public is a whole job itself but she took the time to not only make sure I had what I needed but she also made sure my hound dog /companion (who rode shot gun) had a treat while waiting. Never have a problem and I'm having to get them to transfer my meds from ga every months so I'm happy with them.
The worst experience I have ever had there; these people are so rude. I always loved the Kroger pharmacy when I was in Clinton; the people who work there are professional and helpful. However, this Madison location is totally different, the male pharmacist and the technician are horrible, with very arrogant and bad attitudes. If you don’t love your job find something else to do, don’t put your frustration on your customers period. I will definitely move my whole family prescriptions to somewhere else. Very disappointed!
I’ve got to imagine you’d get better customer service from the taliban.
