Here to sing the praises of the employee Jasamin who, ‘saved my bacon’, as my dad would have said, a while back & recovered some money for me after another employee didn’t want to take the time to get me the discount from the Kroger Health Savings Club that I had paid for. She tapped a few keys on the computer & fixed it is about 45 seconds! Get that woman a raise!!! Thanks again Jasamin!
My husband had meds for Afib sent over to Kroger pharmacy on 7/21/25 today is 8/4/25. Yesterday I called to check on the status of his meds, which he took his last one last night, they told me they didn’t have his prescription and told me to call his dr and get another prescription and I ask if we called the dr and he sent it over are they going to lose that one too? 3 days and still not filled ,its worse than CVS. There is a state board of pharmacy complaints definitely should also go there
