They don’t get in a hurry about anything! I’ve currently been sitting in the parking lot for an hour waiting for ONE prescription that was called in over an hour ago. When I drove up to the window, the lady was VERY rude and told me it would be another 45 minutes. I told her I had been sitting in the parking lot since it was called in and she told me I should have went on the INSIDE and told them I was here. Maybe I would have if I didn’t feel like death!!! I will never use this pharmacy ever again.
Drive-thru - Rude, tell you a script isn’t ready when it is, they just can’t locate it. If any tiny change needs to be made, they tell you to go get back in line in drive-thru where you wait behind another 15 cars to get back to the window. Big failure of communication within the pharmacy. Just don’t go there!
