After years of being a loyal customer to kroger pharmacy, I am now in search of somewhere else to go asap. I will not deal with this pharmacy ever again. The majority of the pharmacy staff is unfriendly bordering on rude. The final straw for me however, was the pharmacy manager refusing to fix the pharmacy's mistake and telling me to "please do" when I asked about changing to a new pharmacy. Dont understand why it takes so long to fill a script that they had since the night before. It shouldn't take longer than 15 mins to fill a prescription. Very aggravated with the readiness of this pharmacy
