Refused to sell Sudafed since I hadn't picked up a prescription from them in the past few years. Used to be a patient/customer here, but they have no record of it. My primary pharmacy is closed so I can't get it from there either. Guess we'll just suffer, thanks Kroger.

I've been using the Kroger Pharmacy at W. Markham and Rodney Parham for probably 15 years because it was somewhat convenient. I've never really had much interaction with the pharmacists, but what I have had was decent enough. BUT, the techs...it's freaking hit or miss if you get a nice one. I was there this morning ( Aug 24,2024 at 10 am) and if surly was a look, I sure to hell got it from the tech. I went in to get a pack of Mucinex D. No prescription required. The only thing needed is to show a valid ID. When I asked the tech if I could buy it there she asked the person in charge, the pharmacist, Bobbie Davidson. The pharmacist proceeds to say 1. She didn’t know and then says to the tech that the tech should tell the pharmacist if they do. 2. The pharmacist then says that I need to have a prescription from my doctor. 3.
