slowest pharmacy ever! anytime I have to pick up anything it's a minimum of 15minutes of wait time and everyone seems like they have no idea what they are doing!
I filled a prescription here last night. I was shorted 5 pills. The staff was absolutely awful! Disrespectful, rude and unhelpful. Called me stupid, laughed at me, said I was lying. The pharmacist was named Jess, the cashier was Marcelina-Alator. The manager Diane was the exact same way. REFUSED to look at the cameras and do their job simply because of what kind of medication it was. I will NEVER go back to Kroger's again.
