Great service outstanding customer care, love the team in the Pharmacy.
Employees are very helpful
I haven’t had any issues with getting my prescriptions filled with this pharmacy since switching over a year ago. And if I end up going there sooner than the prescription is sent they will actually pull the medication if they have it in stock and fill it right there so I’m grateful for the staff and their service.
Use to be very on top of keeping meditation in stock now don't seem to care on people's health or wellness. I called in my medicine on 4-9-25 Wednesday & was told it would be ready for pickup on Thursday 4-10-25. I never received a text or call so when I called was told that they wouldn't have it until Saturday 4-12-25 just very unprofessional in clarification of anything.
The Kroger too busy to care. Despite trying to get my prescriptions synched for many months and having been told by Kroger that they are synched, I still have to come back 3-4 times every Month to get a full set of Monthly prescriptions. Just one more aggravation and a pain in my rear. Today I was told that they do not synch prescriptions.
