I used to shop at this Kroger, I had to switch to another, EXTREMLY RUDE EMPLOYEES, THE CHECK OUT ESPECIALLY.. RUDE, NOT FRIENDLY, TALKING ABOUT THEIR PER BUSINESS, WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS....WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN. NO WHEELCHAIRS CARTS
Mohamad Hamad gave me the biggest attitude over my prescription. He could've just helped me and pushed the prescription through but he argued about it with attitude and I had to return 3x before he gave it to me. Rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I hate coming to this pharmacy. They never have anything on the same page.
GAVE ME THE WRONG MEDICATION. SERIOUSLY? My text said pick up X medication at Kroger. I go and the tech asks me to confirm it is x medication I want to pick up. I get back the store is closed and its y medication. This is ridculous and I am NEVER going back to this pharmacy again. Now I am OUT of medication x and you are all acting clueless. I even ASKED to have medication x refilled.
