Pharmacy closes the drive thru early on a regular basis. If drive thru hours are different than regular pharmacy hours, post it as such.
I had amazing service. I came 30 minutes before they closed and got amazing service from 3 ladies today. The Pharmacist was June. I’m so grateful I got my medication quickly.
I went to this pharmacy on a Wednesday at around 10:30 or so in the morning. I pulled right up to the window, no one else was in line. Three ladies were inside facing away from the window at the counter inside. I pressed the call button as the little button says to do because obviously, they weren't going to see me from the backs of their heads. Nothing. I waited several minutes, probably five or so. I wish I didn’t have to give that rating. They deserve a 0. I just had surgery I am not able to go in and get my meds. They keep sending me text about getting my meds. But i literally sat in the drive through for 45 mins because i need my meds. They open at 9 am. I even called customer service to see they could get a hold of them. They couldn’t even get a hold of them. Shame on you Kroger’s not everyone is able to come in. Don’t have a drive through if u not going to use it.
One of the worst stores to shop at, both pharmacy and grocery sides are horrible, long lines, regardless of what days you are coming in and worse after 6pm, self check outs are totally wrong, they close a 6 side check out at night to keep a 3 check out open after 6pm makes no sense. Tonight 1/9/25 I expected a bit longer to wait and the store itself should have been better prepared to handle the 80 people waiting in lines. Where is management??
