Absolutely the slowest, 18 days to have a prescription filled. Told me they were waiting for BC/BS to approve, when I had received a letter from BC/BS had approved it! Plus they had paid for the previous scrip same med that took 3 days to fill. Then sent me a text saying they had to contact my NP, and told me the same in person. Paid a visit to my NP, where they had records of correspondence, and Krogers never contacted them and the NP had sent the scrip in three times.
