I visited the Kroger Pharmacy to pick up a prescription on behalf of someone else. When I arrived at the counter, the pharmacy manager, Helen, assisted me. She asked for my ID because the prescription was for a controlled medication, and I provided it without hesitation. The pharmacist and pharmacy team as a whole is absolutely the most courteous and diligent team. There is often a shortage on my medication and the pharmacist always reaches out to discuss the next steps to ensure that it's filled within a reasonable time. I know working in the pharmacy is overwhelming, especially with hours being slashed and understaffing, but this location has a solid team and they go out of their way to help their patients. Thank you guys for all that you do.
