Always friendly and they answer the phone!
I always have such a great experience each time I visit this location. The techs all know me by name, and they’ve gone out of their way on several occasions to help me out when I found myself in unfortunate situations with my insurance. Even during the stressful times of Covid they’ve remained the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. You’ve got a great team there, Kroger. Take care of them!
This place is a joke. I've heard a different excuse every time my RX isn't ready. Even when they've been there for days. Today my daughter needed a RX & they didn't even check to see if any doctors called any in. So once again I have to wait & for extra fun they were too LAZY to open the drive thru so I got to drag my sick kids through the store. I'm talking my business elsewhere. I will not shop nor get my prescriptions there anymore. Horrible company
🤩exceptional! Ended up here despite my insurance (Cigna’s highest plan) for some reason not covering good pharmacies like Kroger when my mom & I became sick of the inability to reach the pharmacies Cigna does cover or get them to have things ready within a few days or a week AFTER the refill deadline for several months .
