I switched over here almost a year ago after Publix never had my maintenance meds in stock. The app is very informative on orecription status and makes it easy to pay ahead. Staff are usually efficient and polite. I've gotten a couple vaccines here with no issues and haven't run into stocking issues on meds. I'm pleased with the change and also enjoy getting the rewards points.
They have always been good to me and gave me no problems transferring my meds unlike other places.
Not sure why this place is rated so low, sometimes they take a while to fill prescriptions but they always do a great job and also the staff are always super friendly to me.
It’s 8:10 am. They are supposed to open at 8!! I pulled up at 8:03 they were not open. I gave them some grace and sat there for 7 minutes thinking she’ll they will open soon. They did not!! This is not the first time I have had issues with their “open hours”
Never answers phone calls. Need dire medication information on a Friday when MD offices close early, but this place will not answer phone calls. Some phone calls cannot wait days to be responded to.
