They not only helped me last second when they didn’t have to, but again 2 days later, they filled a medication for me right before they closed and filled another 4 meds for another woman who was extremely rude and ignorant thinking the doctor is supposed to refill her meds for her. They were kind to her anyways, explained to her that she needed to do the refills, and complied with her wishes. Awesome people in there, thank you guys!
If I could give them a minus 1 I would, this is the worst pharmacy and Chester is the worst employee I have ever encountered!
I was thinking of changing pharmacies not long ago. But I had such a great experience with Andrew today. He was so helpful and eager to fix the issue that came up. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service than he gave today. After today and just now reading the last review on here, it makes me think they have turned it around and I won’t need to change. Way to go Andrew and Kroger Pharmacy in Providence, Mount Juliet. Thank you!
