How about answering your phone for starters.
The past 3 times went to get my kids meds and for some reason the computers are down. The 3rd time they told us 45mins we go back within an hr and my meds still isn’t ready. This is Ridiculous and I will Be switching pharmacies. Some people can’t just keep waiting on meds that are needed. You should have a different plan for when this happens. I am so frustrated at this point!!
