The phone operator is no help. Will not connect you to the pharmacy. Asks unrelated questions and refuses to honor verbal request to speak to pharmacy. No reflection on the staff at the pharmacy.
Kroger Pharmacy 27 August 2024 During a visit to Smith Mountain Lake, I inadvertently left my proscriptions at home. I didn’t notice it until that evening at 6 PM, and of course, I panicked. The Pharmacist at the Kroger store in Hardy, Va. at 80 Westlake Road (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) went out of his way and called the Pharmacy in Northern Virginia to help me resolve this problem.
