Just getting through to the pharmacy via phone is TERRIBLE. I dropped off a script for pain meds for severe back pain. An hour later I get a text advising that it’s out of stock and won’t be in stock for SIX DAYS. I call to get the prescription transferred at 1:34 pm CST on 10/26. A man answered and immediately placed me on hold. He then left me on hold so long that the call rang back.
