I go there about 3 times a month and the last few months I have had as many as 10 people in line ahead of me ! and even when I call meds in plenty of time ahead they are rarely ready at decent time. I think they are extremely under staffed and I will be changing pharmacies
Kroger Pharmacy (Vinton) was the worse today. I had to wait an hour and half for prescriptions. Then when I get home (25 min drive) there is no instructions for my steroids. So I call... on hold for 30 mins waiting for the instructions that they didn’t put in my bag... they then tell me your best bet is to drive here and get the instructions. No ma’am... I’m ordered to be on bed rest.. give me the instructions... 10 mins later she finally gives me the instructions 🤦♀️
called before going down for flu shot was told to come before 6 .Got there 2:45. 2 Childers and one adult sit as first on list for 40 minutes to get shot.Maybe try scheduling TOO long to wait
