Everyone here is lovely and goes above and beyond for their customers. They make you feel taken care of and will always do their best to accommodate your needs. I can’t tell you the amount of times they went out of their way to help me and it is beyond appreciated.
In my experience they are great...Fast, friendly, professor service from knowledgeable pharmacists.
I wished I have an option to give negative points or at least zero! There is always a reason why most people give this place a bad review. I’ve been with this pharmacy for 12 years and this will be the last time I am getting my prescriptions filled in here!! It seems too hassle to go somewhere to redo it all, but this place gotta stop. I have tried almost every other pharmacy because my insurance changed. I am so grateful to be back at this Brookhaven Kroger. I don’t even live near it anymore longer but they are the most competent and kind people ever. Some other places won’t even call your Dr to renew. I am so pleased with service here and I’m here very very often.
Never once has this pharmacy had my prescription ready - despite receiving calls and texts that it had been filled.
