Never once has this pharmacy had my prescription ready - despite receiving calls and texts that it had been filled.
This pharmacy is always swift when filling my prescriptions and I don't even have to leave the store before it's done! It sucks to see all these negative reviews of possible drug addicts that need their fix and are mad that their meds are taking a bit longer, but the staff is very nice and willing to help when you are nice and understanding!
Simply the worst pharmacy at the Brookhaven Kroger that I have EVER had the displeasure of utilizing. Based on my experience I have no idea what the staff are doing here all day, because how is it that every time I show up to pick up a prescription that clearly says "READY FOR PICKUP" on the Kroger app, that they look at me utterly flabbergasted and have no idea where my medicine is? Look at the 2 star review and go elsewhere. Honestly shocked that this place doesn't have only 1 star. DO BETTER.
This Kroger pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever visited. I was out of my amitriptyline a medication I have to take in order to fall asleep. First I went to Kroger in Dunwoody but they were out. I decided to drive to this location. I walked in around 7PM. It took forever for the pharmacist to pull me up in their systems.Even though Dunwoody Kroger was apply to locate my prescription with ease.
