Su nombre es Tiera, fué de un servicio al cliente muy pobre (lo digo con mucha autoridad ya que yo trabajo de lo mismo), le dí dos cupones y una tarjeta de Kroger, no utilizó ninguno de los descuentos, me dió un medicamento que yo no pido hace 8 meses, y fué sumamente intolerable al hecho de que yo casi no podía escucharla a través de la ventana (haciendo caras de enfadada y malhumorada), pero su cara cambió completamente cuando llegó una muchacha diferente a hablar con ella, en lo personal si ella vuelve a atenderme le pedi... read more
