Apparently no drivethru service the last 6 weeks. Sign is up routinely that drivethru closed come inside. I was told new pharmacy manager.
Prescriptions called in and not recieved. My doctor called in several prescriptions and I was not able to pick them up right away because I work out of town. When I did go they said they were put back in stock and they didn't know what they were. No phone call.... just another waisted trip to Krogers. I would have to get the doctor to call them in again. I saw something very disturbing today I was shopping for vitamins when the pharmacist had a girl in tears. There was a woman behind her who let her know her Hippa had been violated. The pharmacist lady was loud and very cruel to this girl several people heard the ordeal. I felt really bad for her. I overheard the pharmacists name and it was Holly. I hope this gets reported
The tech? at the drop off counter 03/18/19 is just about the rudest and unhelpful person I have ever come in contact. she was visibly irritated that my question couldn't be answered in 1 word. she let me know right off that she would have to type in all of the information to answer. I wanted to know if they took express Rx. She said yes. So I gave her my bottle (from Walgreens with the the drug name and strength) my question was how much will this drug cost me here? the insurance isn't accepted at Walgreens. It used to be great...now the techs and service are HORRIBLE. The pharmacists are great. I imagine a lot of people moved from port royal location when it got bad there so they are overloaded now. The techs should learn to relay info over the phone prior to trips up there and closing the drive thru because you are shorthanded is NOT OK.
