I’ve been a loyal Kroger pharmacy customer for over four years and usually have no problem with my prescriptions. I don’t typically go to this specific pharmacy, but since it’s close to my school, I expected the same level of professionalism I receive at other Nashville Kroger locations. I came by at 7:57pm to pick up my medicine that I need tomorrow. All closed up. Nobody's in there. Security gate is up. Window blind is down Apparently the staff just leaves whenever they want. If you're gonna close up at 7:45, then don't advertise 8:00. This isn't a burger shop where closing up early doesn't really affect anyone. People need to be able to depend that their pharmacy will be open as advertised so they can get their medicine to function regularly.
