Worst Kroger pharmacy I've dealt with in middle TN. Yasmin is always rude, snappy, and talks to me like I'm an addict abusing the system every time I come in to pick up a controlled prescription that I've depended on since I was 7 and have never abused.
Have been using this pharmacy for 20 years. Always friendly and helpful, particularly Yasmin and Shwikar, but everyone seems to make an effort at customer service. Have seen very rude and demanding customers at times, wondering if they're the ones putting in the negative reviews here.
