The pharmacy is the worst! Medications are never filled on time with automatic refill. I have to go to the store to remind them its time for a refill. They never call like they are suppose to do. Not all, but, a lot of the pharmacy workers are very rude. They are extremely slow and never have enough help. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The pharmacy at the 3rd street road store is slow, scripts are not ready in timely manner and service is poor. If John is not there things are ran poorly. Scrips are very slow to be filled, wait times to pick up filled scrips is very slow thats if they can find it. If you call the automated line for refills and get a pick up time, in the past 2 months they have not been ready; I've had to wait 2 additional days.... this store is always clean but some employees are mean and they make fun of customers who who shop at the 3rd street Kroger. also some mangers are nice to you but others are not

This store is always clean and the restrooms always clean. The lines however are horrid! There is always at least a ten minute wait, but it's location is the cause of that. I like this Kroger store the best out of all of the Kroger stores I have shopped in. The Pharmacy is HORRIBLE! I was TRYING to fill my sons meds there one time and the Pharmacy staff were so slow. We waited 2 hours for one med to be filled. During that time the Pharmacy worker called us to the window, showed us the pills and asked if those were the right ... read more

Although selection is often scarce, the employees @ the 3rd street Kroger will do everything they can to see your needs are met. Especially for procrastinationers like myself & I appreciate it.
