RecommendedI had a very positive experience with a Pharmacy Tech today. I went to pick up a prescription for my father. It turned out to be very expensive. She took the time to find a coupon to drastically reduce the price which is a huge help to him. My only regret is I didn’t get her name. I want her and Kroger to know how grateful me and my dad are for her help.
Someone needs to review the lines waiting to get served vs the few people on staff... Folks aren't going to put up with 45 min waits to pick up meds
