Worst service all the way, and racist. We were in line behind someone who was also waiting at the pharmacy. And box braids girl she greeted and gave service first to a white lady who came after us. That’s soo unfair and embarrassing for her to be treating people like that. Us customers need a better service at the pharmacy. Or hire or people who really want a job or to work.
I called first and made an appointment for Covid vaccination and flue shot online for 6pm on May 23. After driving 30 min to Kroger pharmacy and arriving in time two pharmacists working there made me wait for 20 min cause they said they were busy. After they finally paid attention to me and asked what I’m there for. The pharmacist told me they don’t have a flue shot , they said Covid Vaccine only.
