I originally used the pharmacy at the Kroger on Lake Forest and El Dorado Parkway, and I absolutely loved the customer service—everyone was always friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, after being transferred to this location, my experience has been the complete opposite. One employee in particular—a woman with black hair and glasses—was very rude for no apparent reason. It really took away from the overall experience. Fast, friendly, professional service. Really like the drive through and notification on text whem prescription is ready. Very easy to call and reach someone. This location is very good.
They always have my meds available really quickly. I appreciate their service!
