Been a customer for years or ever since we moved to Frisco, this pharmacy has stooped very low in care for the patient health, the lady who gave me the meds today Sruthi, doesn't want to greet, doesn't want to ask if I have any questions, just rude and unhappy to be there, I am asking questions and she is always replying with one word answers. It's time I move back to Walmart, atleast I get cheaper meds, if not anything.
I've always had a good experience here. Today, I needed some OTC medicine for my son, but there was none on the shelves. I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask the pharmacy just in case they have something, and sure enough, the pharmacist in charge, Dr. Wakeland, took the time to check the store shelves and his pharmacy shelves, and was able to sell me a bottle, which of course helped my son feel better. Thank you!
First time getting my prescription filled here and the staff was very nice and pleasant. Thank you for all you do. God bless 🙏🏾
We have been getting our prescriptions filled here at Kroger, off Custer and El Dorado in Frisco for over 10 years now. Matt has always been our favorite pharmacist! He KNOWS our family. He KNOWS exactly what we need. He orders it and gets it ready for us. He gets the insurance stuff all taken care of. He takes his time to answer our questions.
