They have XOFLUZA!!!!! Love this pharmacy because they keep the flu medication Xofluza on the shelf during flu season. No waiting on the medication that you need in a hurry at this pharmacy!
While waiting in line for prescription, I had to ask for assistance at the counter. Employee stood focused on her personal telephone, verbally speaking to others not insight. Talking about her turkey lunch order being made on her person phone. Once I spoke to her to help me, she explained she couldn’t see me. Excellent and friendly service. All of my many prescriptions are filled promptly and on time. I usually use their drive up window and never had to wait. They find the lowest price without me asking. Best and most convenient pharmacy.
Receiving Lady spoke very rudely and unprofessional stating "I dont deal with yall, what do you want" when all I was going to do is ask for a name I can put on the delivery so I can create the invoice for Kroger. She needs to be coached on how to professionally and politely talk to delivery Drivers who work hard to bring goods to the store. Other than that all the cashiers were very polite and helpful as I visited and worked in there store and the store was great as well.
