Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. We've used this pharmacy since it was Schnucks- the last 4 years or so customer service has completely disappeared.

I like ALL of the ladies that normally work there. I came to pick up a script today to see one of the nice young ladies flustered because whoever that pharmacist is back there was sitting down not helping her. It was a line and the phone was ringing cause I called twice while in line. She didn't even get up to answer the phone. I left the line and went home. I feel sorry for the young lady working today cause she looks tired and stressed. Kroger needs to get better pharmacist cause that's not a sit down job.
