The Pharmacy Manager Laura needs her license revoked. She would not let me pick up my prescription which is a controlled substance because I picked up the previous one a few days after it was filled. So although the insurance paid for it she wouldn’t let me pick it up til the date she stated. I waited the time frame albeit I asked to speak with a Manager and because I am recovering from Strep, I sent someone to pick it up. This new pharmacist is rude. She actually yelled at me over one of her employees mistakes. Because he is new how am I supposed to know that or why is that my problem.
Oldish Kroger and small but still has kroger quality and service!
