Rank incompetence. Spent 45 minutes waiting on them to check their phone messages from 3 hours prior just to be told they don’t even have the med I needed
My prescription was sent in on Monday showed up Saturday and they were closed for no reason all day. Showed up Sunday and they said they didn’t have it ready and to come back later. Came back later and they said they tried to call me (bs) they don’t even have it in stock. I had to “try” to transfer it to Walgreens. Walgreens said they had been trying for 2 days to get them to answer their phone! Five minutes before close I I was able my prescription transferred! Waited a week for some simple antibiotics. Called multiple times a day, no answer. When i went in person i was told “the Rx got stuck in the robot, we just have to tell them to get it unstuck.” Glad i got to stay sick for a week waiting for what other pharmacies can do in less than 20 minutes. Go anywhere else
