This place is a nightmare. I had to call 25 times today to reach a person after waiting over a week did them to process a vital medication. Getting anything here is harder than pulling teeth. Have your prescriptions sent literally anywhere else, it’ll be easier. I’d give negative stars if I could.
they don’t answer calls, don’t fill prescriptions unless you walk in there and wait for a half hour to an hour. badly managed
bad staff bad service bad people there I have never came and found my medicine available, but they are always rude and blood is rising in them, they don’t respect people, and there’s always a long line. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy at all.
I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews but the amount of time it took to get my prescription filled was ridiculous. There was literally a line backed up to the freezer section. I had called in the prescription to be refilled at 12:55 and was told it would be ready around 5:30. I came in at 5:45 and when I went up to the counter after waiting in line for 10-15 minutes they told me it was still in process and to take a seat. It wasn't until 7 pm that I finally got it.
