Closed in the middle of the day… Reflects the awful management of the greater store…
I can only give 1 star. I was going to get the RSV vaccine and called earlier in the day to ask if a doctor's prescription was needed. They told me that no vaccines required a prescription. Later that evening, I drove half an hour to their pharmacy, only to be told that a doctor's prescription was required. When I asked why they said over the phone that it wasn’t needed, they innocently asked if I had mentioned it was for the RSV vaccine. I told her that I had clearly stated it was for the RSV vaccine. They took care of an extremely last minute prescription fill (in a matter of minutes) from me right before closing that the incompetent mouth breathers Walgreens across the street couldn't seem to manage to fill for several days.
I would give this review 10 stars if I could like it deserves. This is honestly the best pharmacy I have been to. The staff here is very genuine caring, kind, friendly, and professional. Terri, Stephanie, and Gabriella were all very helpful making my life one step easier and hassle free. Being a patient at a pharmacy is usually not a good thing, but the team definitely cheered me up! Thank you!!
