Before TODAY 10/24/24 it WAS OK!!!!!! BUT AS OF TODAY, TERRIBLE!!!Calling and they will hang up on you or just let the phone ring, my medication is life or death so I was so hurt by this and the attitude giving by both employees, made it worse
Nahum was great! Very accommodating and friendly. Service from the other lady was the complete opposite... cold, rushed, and quite rude. Was a night and day difference in my 20 minute experience. Quite shocking. To be fair I couldn't hear out of my right ear because I have an ear infection, so I did ask her to repeat what she said, but I couldn't imagine treating elderly people that way with hearing issues as well.
Worthless Pharmeacy! They do not want to help you. They just say it’s on back order call the manufacturer! I have used Kroger for years but i will never use them again for my pharmacy needs or groceries! I know they do not care but they have lost a customer for life!
Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. Rick (pharmacist) and Nahum (tech) will go out of their way to take care of you!
