Would give them a zero of able. While the grocery store is excellent it does not include the pharmacy staff. Rude, slow, over charge, and cover mistakes by blaming doctors. Terrible place. Worst ever. Will give up convenience and go to Publix. They are awesome! Go there instead
Just had the best experience with a member of the Kroger Pharmacy staff! I called this morning asking if they participate with a co-pay card through a drug company as I need a medication for a minimum of three months which is not covered by my insurance (my cost would be approx $340/mo). I just received a return phone call; not only did they take the time to research options, but went ahead and took care of setting up a program for me. My co-pay will be $10, all I have to do is pickup my prescription. Thank you for exception... read more
