Customer service is okay, but be wary of the hygiene in the drive-thru. They pass the same phone around for different customers to use. This is incredibly unsanitary, especially when sick people are handling it and spreading their germs to the next customer.
I was in line and they closed the shade down on me telling me to come back during lunch. He serviced the white lady in front of me and closed the window. Now that racist!!!! Is this your best practice Kroger???? If you have people in the line before you your scheduled lunch…customer service is to take care of them and then go. I was the last in line. This was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
The prescriptions are *usually* ready at the promised time. The employees that you deal with are extremely hit or miss. Some of them are personable and friendly and others are extremely rude and abrupt. We’ve stayed at this pharmacy out of convenience because of the location, but I’m not sure I’d recommend it.
I have been with Kroger Pharmacy on University for years. I changed health insurance plans for 2025 and Kroger is not in their network😭. I'm hating this. Kroger always have my medications at decent prices, always on time, and the people are nice. I'm not happy with leaving them to go somewhere. 😭😭😭. Had I known I would have never chosen this new insurance. I will miss your services.
