I have been with Kroger Pharmacy on University for years. I changed health insurance plans for 2025 and Kroger is not in their network😭. I'm hating this. Kroger always have my medications at decent prices, always on time, and the people are nice. I'm not happy with leaving them to go somewhere. 😭😭😭. Had I known I would have never chosen this new insurance. I will miss your services.
I needed to have a script moved because they ran out at another location, and even though it is sold over the counter, my insurance covers most of it if it's prescribed. They were very rude about having to fill it and told me to just buy it over the counter.
Do yourself a favor and never go to this place. RUDE people will tell you how you are over reacting and how you are feeling. The prices for a drug changed four times and they could never give me a price that matched the price before. They dropped my insurance too how nice of them. Rachel and Bobby both need retraining to talk to the public.
