I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years, and the service gets worse and worse every year! They have no regard for their customers, and their prices are higher than most. If you knew you'd be closed today, why wouldn't you fill your customers prescription the day before, so the wouldn't be without their medication? My doctor sent my electronic prescription Thursday 4/17 @5pm, I got the text confirmation. I love this Kroger pharmacy! They are always incredibly helpful and kind. I have a lot of different prescriptions and they have always made refills and finding discounts way less overwhelming. Eli especially has helped me many times and is genuinely just a cool guy!
We have been long time customers of this pharmacy, even when we moved an hour away. The staff are always kind, helpful and ready to assist in anyway they can, and we always get the best prices for our many medications. Often the staff finds better pricing for us! We gladly choose this pharmacy over the others we have tried, including online services.
